Team Socials

Hey all, we're looking for any volunteers willing to host a team social. We'd like to get together for some team building time that's not over informational meetings. So if anyone would be willing to have about 18 people over to their house for a barbeque, pool party, game night or whatever, that'd be awesome. We'd love to have one in May, perhaps the 5th or 6th, and one in June, the 2nd or 3rd maybe, but we'll chat about it if you can host, then let everyone know. You can leave a comment or email us. Thanks a lot!

Come and get it

Hey all, our team apparel is in so swing by the church sometime and pick yours up. They make for great conversation pieces, so wear them around and tell everybody about your trip. You never know who might drop you some cash when they hear about what you're doing. Hope you like them!

Posting Banners

Thousands have been asking (ok, not really thousands) but here's the low-down on how to post a banner on your blog or myspace. Copy the following text into your template or About Me section. There's two different sizes so pick the one that's right for you and keep spreading the word!!

Team Meeting & Accounts

On Sunday, April 8th at 6:00pm we will be meeting here at CCA for our second mandatory team meeting. This meeting is important because we will be discussing what our roles will be and what we will be doing in Namibia.

Also, as of Sunday, April 1st accounts are to be at $1000. We are starting to get to a critical time since we have ordered plane tickets (did you hear we layover in Paris??? :-D) and we will need to begin making other deposits soon. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like help with your letters, we have the resources and are more than happy to assist you in any way.

Check out our t-shirt designs

Good news! Our t-shirt designs are ready for their unveiling. The shirts say way more than 'I went on an adventure in Africa.' They speak a challenge to everyone who sees it, and even more so to those who wear it. What are you doing to change the world? Take a look and let us know whether you'd like a navy shirt or a brown one. (click the picture for a larger preview)

We're also getting sweatshirts for those cold nights around the campfire. Again let us know if you prefer navy or brown. If you can't decide, you could choose different colors for your shirt and sweatshirt or both the same; it's entirely up to you. But if you don't respond, I'll pick brown for you because I like those better. :) And if you weren't at our team meeting we'll need sizes for each too. Let us know so we can get the order off soon. This is just a reminder that on this Thursday, March 15th the next payment is due for your accounts... accounts are to be at $500.
